Service engagements

The scope, deliverables, schedule, access permissions, fees, and payment terms for each engagement are confirmed separately in writing with the client.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, required approvals, and appropriate account access. Nashmi uses only the permissions necessary for the agreed work and does not request password sharing through ordinary email or chat.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Ownership and permitted use of deliverables are defined in the applicable written agreement. Each party must protect confidential information received during an engagement.

Marketplace independence

Nashmi is an independent e-commerce services company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or a representative of Amazon. Marketplace names are used only to identify relevant platforms or services.

Liability and governing law

Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Any warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute terms are governed by the written client agreement and the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
