Information we receive

When you contact Nashmi, you may provide your name, email address, company name, phone number, and information about the services you need.

How we use information

We use this information only to respond to enquiries, prepare service proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, and protect our operations.

Contact form and email

The contact form sends your inquiry or meeting request directly to Nashmi and stores it in private website storage hosted by Cloudflare. Only the authorized Nashmi account can access the requests inbox. We use the details to respond and, where requested, arrange a meeting. Submitting a meeting request does not confirm an appointment. We also store a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions.

يرسل نموذج التواصل استفسارك أو طلب اجتماعك مباشرة إلى نشمي، ويحفظه في مساحة خاصة مستضافة لدى Cloudflare. يمكن لحساب نشمي المخوّل فقط الاطلاع على صندوق الطلبات. نستخدم البيانات للرد عليك وترتيب الاجتماع عند طلبه، ولا يُعد إرسال الطلب تأكيدًا للموعد. نحتفظ أيضًا بمعرّف شبكة مشفّر بالتجزئة للحد من الطلبات المتكررة.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate our business, when required by law, or with your permission. We retain business communications only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable legal obligations.
